Our CNC machines are sold per unit, so the MOQ is 1 machine. For volume orders or fleet purchases, please contact us for a tailored quotation and delivery schedule.
What payment terms do you accept?+
We accept T/T and L/C. A typical arrangement is a 30% deposit to confirm the order, with the balance due prior to shipment. Specific terms can be discussed for large or repeat orders.
What is your production lead time?+
Standard production lead time is 30 to 45 days depending on the model and configuration. Customized machines may require additional time. We confirm the exact lead time in your quotation.
Can you customize the machine for my application?+
Yes. We offer customization of table size, spindle configuration, control system and automation options to match your specific workpiece and production requirements. Send us your drawings or specifications for a feasibility review.
How do you ship the machines and what about installation support?+
Machines are securely packed in export wooden crates and shipped by sea or air. We provide installation and commissioning guidance, and our engineers can offer on-site support or remote assistance to get your machine running.
